The Children’s Department of the Woodbury Public Library will host “Tails and Tales”, a Summer Reading Program for children starting Saturday, June 12, running through Friday, August 13. To kick off the program families are invited to an outdoor Bring the Hoopla hula hooping event on June 12 from 11 – 11:30 for ages 3 – 5, and from 11:30 – 12:30 for ages 6 & up. Light refreshments will be served. Registration for the summer reading program for all ages will be open. Upon registration children will receive an Animal Tales Bingo Card and a library tote bag with goodies while supplies last. For each row of Bingo completed, children will earn a raffle ticket or trip to the prize boxes. Summer Reading Logs include an optional book review. Each completed review will earn an extra ticket or prize.
Various programs will take place for children ages 3-12.
